  • Virtual Visit

    Consultation will be conducted privately online. This works best if you do not need hands on support. I can answer general questions, help with back to work planning, and guide you through introduction of solids, or if you just feel more comfortable meeting online. Visits will last 0.5-1 hour and include a personalized plan and support. Cost is $125 for initial, and $100 for each follow-up.

  • Home Visit

    You don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home! This option is helpful for hands on support as well as less disruption to your routine. I prefer this option for any babies less than 6 weeks old. Visits will last 1-1.5 hours and include a weighted feed, customized plan, and unlimited text support. Cost is $225 for initial visit and $175 for each follow up visit. There is a $25-$50 travel fee for any location more than 30 minutes from my home.

  • Office Visits

    Come see us in a private office at Burke Street Chiropractor! The address is 1016 Burke St, in the same building as Dabl Hair Salon and the Powder Room. Visits will last 1-1.5 hours and include a weighted feed, customized plan, and unlimited text support. Cost is $200 for initial visit and $175 for each follow-up.

  • Twin Visits

    Home or office visits available. Visits will last 1.5-2 hours and include a weighted feed, customized plan, and unlimited text support. Whether your goal is tandem breastfeeding, one on one, or exclusively pumping, we’re here to help! Cost is $275 for initial, and $225 for each follow-up. $25-$50 travel fee applies for distances more than 30 minutes from my home.


How can I pay?

For self-pay clients, we accept cash, Venmo, or Paypal only. We will provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request including reimbursement from HSA/FSA. Special circumstances will be considered for payment plans and extended invoice due dates. Please speak directly with us prior to booking for this option.

Will my health insurance cover this?

Our group practice is Lactation Consultants of America. Some insurance companies have cost sharing for lactation coverage, you will be invoiced by LCA for this amount. The average cost sharing amount is $10-$20 per visit. Financial Assistance Applications are available to patients unable to pay cost-sharing. It covers patients with income at or below 600% of the federal poverty line. Patients can fill out the form before or after an appointment. Here are the companies that have coverage for lactation as primary preventative care:

What if I need to cancel my consult?

If you cancel within 48 hours' notice, you will be billed $100 and 25% of the travel fee (if applicable).

A 100% travel fee will be charged for a no-show for a home visit. 

If an in-person visit is canceled in less than 48 hours due to COVID-19 exposure, COVID-19 symptoms, or other contagious illness, then there is no cancellation charge for rescheduling to telehealth at the same appointment date and time. The cancellation charge is not reimbursable by insurance. 

Are there any additional fees?

There is a $25-$50 travel fee for in home visits more than 30 minutes from my home.

Have Medicaid?

I cannot bill Medicaid directly, but I will offer you a reduced cash pay cost as well as payment plan options.
